How to Make Peyek Teri


Ingredients
§  200 grams of Teri
§  200 grams  of plain water
§  150 grams of rice  flour
§  1 teaspoon of coriander
§  1 teaspoon of salt
§  Sugar to taste
§  1 of egg
§  4 small of garlics
§  400 grams of oil
§  3 pecan
§  Orange leaf
How to make it
§  Pound the garlic, coriander, salt, and pecan. In a mixing bowl, put rice flour and than stirring until fine. Add plain water , one egg , piece of orange leaf and add Teri until it form a thin and watery batter.
§  Heat up a pot oil under high heat. The oil is considered as ready for frying when a chopstick inserted into the hot oil. Bubbles start to emit. Take small ladle, scoop out some liquid batter and pour along the side of the pot? Work just above the oil, the batter will stick to the side of the work and the rmaining will flow down to the oil. Deep fried under high heat until there is no bubbles annd colour starts to turn light brownish. Drained and when cooled completely, store in are air tight countainer immediately.
